Along with the opening scheme dictated by the Health authorities, Riteve also established a plan in which the operation hours are gradually being extended, so that appointments can be provided more quickly for the users, always under the healthy measures.
In this first stage, the hours of operation in the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM) are gradually extended as follows:
- For the week of May 18th to May 24th, the schedule will be from Monday to Sunday from 6 am to 7 pm.
- From Monday 25th, the schedule will be extended from 6 am to 9 pm from Monday to Friday. Saturdays from 6 am to 7 pm and Sundays from 8 am to 4 pm.
- Temporarily, the periphery stations will keep the schedule from 6 am to 6 pm from Monday to Sunday. (Except Liberia which will be from 6 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday and the Central Mobile from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday).
“These schedule extensions will allow us to offer closer alternatives for users who must do the inspection in this period. It is a double challenge that we have taken in all this time, to continue providing the service for the safety of all but always adhered to all the health regulations in the fight against the spread of Covid-19“, commented Jennifer Hidalgo, Assistant Manager of Communication and CSR of Riteve.
Subject to the sanitary provisions, the technical inspections are carried out only by appointment, and only one person per vehicle is allowed; except for exceptional cases. It is recommended that the person who does the inspection is the least vulnerable member of the family; also, the way checking the interior of the vehicle has been changed to avoid this contact with the internal parts of the vehicle. Besides, all the measures of distancing and hygiene provided for both the collaborators and the users are followed.
